Attracting Wealth, Prosperity and Abundance Into Your Life

If you are failing to attract money in your life, for instance, you are continually trying to scrape together just enough cash to pay your bills, the root problem may be the way that you think about money. But not only at the conscious level of your thinking, but rather at the subconscious level too!

All of us have developed, over years, particular values and beliefs about money, such as 'to get ahead financially you have to work hard'; 'money doesn't grow on trees'; 'don't expect a free ride through life'; and so on. These values and beliefs, that we have formed through association with parents, friends, work colleagues and society in general, then, in turn, create life-long patterns of dealing with money. For some people, these patterns lead to wealth and success whilst, for others, they lead to an ongoing battle with the lack of money in their life.

Dr Peta Stapleton, a registered Queensland psychologist, and the author of 'Attract Money Subconsciously: DIY', reinforces the above thoughts in her book when she states that 'money problems, debt, abundance issues and the like are tied to deeper beliefs and patterns, and they only present as financial issues on the surface. We really need to get to the bottom of what is driving them. Secondly, attempting to change them consciously will not result in permanent change. The root of all behaviour and therefore change, is unconscious.'

It is worth rereading that last sentence again: 'The root of all behaviour and therefore change, is unconscious.'

Once you acknowledge that as fact, you can then, at last, begin to understand why your past attempts at being financially successful have failed abysmally. Whilst you may have been enthusiastically doing all you could have at the conscious level to get ahead, for example, by making daily positive affirmations to yourself, the reality was that your plans and efforts were constantly being thwarted by the differing attitudes towards money that are stored deeply in your subconscious.

But it is simply not enough to recognize that your subconscious is playing a major role in your relationship to money. As Dr Stapleton says in her book, 'being aware that you have some repetitive patterns in your life about money, and definitely some beliefs which would be driving them, unfortunately doesn't change them.' What you need are some practical techniques that will allow you to dig for, and then unearth those beliefs as the first step towards changing them. And those techniques are provided in her book. To give you some idea of what you can expect to read in 'Attract Money Subconsciously: DIY', here's a selection of chapter titles from the book:

• Does Money Grow on Trees?

• What are Patterns and Why Do I Have Them?

• Delving into Underlying Beliefs

• The Ground-Breaking Secret to Attracting Abundance

• Personal Growth and Transformation

Mastering your subconscious is an aspect of your life, I believe, to be one of the most important tasks to follow through on. Dr Stapleton ends her book with the following advice: 'The world is literally in your hands. We have focused on the power of the subconscious mind in order to let go of limited beliefs, old decisions and behaviours in the area of wealth, abundance and solid financial success and in addition have touched upon ways to create future success. You may have noticed by now that problems to do with the flow of money in your life may not necessarily be about money. Issues of self-esteem, love, confidence or sense of worth may be the foundations, and overcoming these will free issues of abundance at the same time.'

So if money, or in fact, anything else in your life, such as being overweight, continues to be a 'thorn in your side', then maybe now is the right time to tackle the problem from a different perspective. And that perspective requires you to delve into your subconscious and to change the foundation of those thoughts and beliefs that are currently holding you back.

To be successful though at transforming your subconscious thoughts, you need a 'road map'. And that is exactly what you get with Dr Peta Stapleton's book, 'Attract Money Subconsciously: DIY'.

One last point, but a very important one! 'Attract Money Subconsciously: DIY' is not a lengthy book – in fact, it is less than a hundred pages in length. Coupled with the fact that the book is extremely easy to read and digest, means that you won't get bogged down in trying to understand its concepts. That means too that you can read it quickly and then get started immediately on using its techniques and exercises to help you transform your subconscious, and your life, in a host of positive ways!
